The Privacy Policy at LCD is simple - keep client information private and secure at all times, period. 

Information that is needed for site service is kept completely confidential and stored on compact disk for a period of one (1) year following *final completion of project. Credit card information is not stored unless agreement has been made in writing (for example, automatic billing on maintenance contracts).

Liquid Code Designs also strives to keep client information and resources secure (as possible) within the Internet realm. All graphics and images are watermarked. Email addresses are also protected. 

*final completion of project - the point in time when LCD completely ceases to be a (contributing or otherwise) member of that particular site's management team for any reason.
